They were once one of my favorite Mexican restaurants,but lately the customer service sucks! The staff really dont pay attention... to the paying customers request. We have tried to give them a chance to redeem themselves, but we're let down. So sad that whatonce was a family favorite, is now not even on our list of restaurants to patron. Read more

Very good Mexican restaurant! Service was super fast and very friendly! Luis Alberto served us and was awesome! This restaurant... does 20% military discount! Very cool! Chips and salsa we very good and warm! I got the Pork Chili Verde, my wife got theChilaquiles Mexicanos, we also got the childrens Beef Soft Taco w/rice and beans and the kids Cheeseburger and fries. Therefried beans were very good and the rice was a little bland, but cooked well! The flavors were very good and well cooked. Thepresentation was also good too! We ate here eight years ago and it wasn't nearly as good as it was last week! The food has improved so much I have to assume... there is different management. The atmosphere is always buzzing and busy, but not too loud or overcrowded. We often show up witha party of twenty or so for a reservation on Friday nights and even on the busiest nights, they are able to seat us right away.My husband loves their margaritas and they are very affordable for the size you get. All in all, this is a great restaurant fora family night, a date, or a gathering. Read more

This place is a family favorite. However, disappointing to some of us in the family. Flavors tend to be bland and the service... can be rude at times. I.e. I ordered something and it did not come out as I ordered, that seemed a big deal, when I sent itback. Coming from Arizona where Mexican food is a staple...this needs work. Also no bar tender when we were there so that meantno margarita. Chips lack salt... Their soup is good. Read more

It?s good for the area. Tastes good, wide variety of stuff and clean/friendly atmosphere. However, being Hispanic, I give this... place a 2 of 5 on the authenticity scale. Too much cumin is used, not spicy AT ALL, and they don?t have the basics like a PlatoMexicano with a little bit of everything to sample. Overall, I?d still return to try other items on the menu. The service is always top notch- drinks are kept filled, food comes out hot and delicious. We've been here twice in the last... week and for good reason! This is our favorite Mexican restaurant in all of Augusta. If you need a recommendation: my favoriteis the burritos California with only green sauce. It's a burrito with steak, chicken, and all the trimmings! I ask them to putthe lettuce and pico on top that way if I can't finish the massive burrito, it's easier to reheat. Read more
