1/15 Staff wasn?t very friendly or welcoming from the beginning... One of the sandwich makers got an attitude at my fiancé when... he went to take HIS sandwich from the top of the glass cover.. which of course was an accident and didn?t know he was supposedto not grab from there anymore due to covid policies we?re guessing.. (our mistake). When a sandwich is wrapped and finished andthe employee loudly says ?#1? we figured it was ready for taking. Employee was very rude after that. Very awkward visit. Read more
We have food allergies (Dairy and Gluten Intolerance) everytime we order over the counter or the internet we never have any... problems. My coworker has me hooked on these subs. I always order from this location. The staff is so friendly. I always order from the... app, and today I was running late for work. I pulled to the door and they greeted me with a smile and my sub. Thank you guys forthe hard work and love that you put in your subs. I'm a customer for life!!! Read more
Very disappointed in the 20 minute hold and the lack of sympathy and flippant attitude from the girl behind the counter in... regard to that and her placement of the tea containers was just too much!! The manager is totally on top of it, but you guyscould teach that girl behind the counter some sympathy and appropriate customer service skills. Disappointed in this visit ???? Read more
Sandwich was ok. The young lady that assisted me was very polite. My problem is that I asked to sample the tuna and the manager... Matt stated that they dont do taste tests. This I believe is absolutely ridiculous when it comes to things like tuna. I feltlike leaving but decided to stay. I asked for extra oregano on my turkey sandwich and it looked as if there was hardly any onthere. This is my 3rd time ordering from this place ever and 2 xs I've been absolutely dissatisfied. 1 more shot and I'll neverorder here again! Read more

Like faster then the... flash on speed, faster then lightening being hit by another lightening bolt. Yes that fast, like we could weaponize thesandwich makers into snack assassins and send them to 3rd world countries to end world hunger. Anyway I ordered the Turkey Tomand it was good. Went in to order at 4:45p on 9/19. The young man working the register was a little bit slower in taking orders BUT I was so... pleased to witness his coworkers encouraging him and helping when needed. It was a very caring interaction to witness and Icertainly appreciated it as a customer. Read more
