My ice coffee looks like dirty water. They never make enough Boston creams. And the jelly donut that's supposed to have a light... sugar topping had a little on the side like it rubbed against another donut. But none on the donut itself. If I could give nostars I would. Read more

Ice cream is always goopy and not cold. Quality of this place has gone down pretty bad. Frosting on donuts is also goopy... sometimes. If you are looking for ice cream or donuts, look elsewhere. Read more
This is a nice Staffed and clean DD. Beware though if you wish to use the Drive through at peak times (they have the same... problem ChicAFilet has)...the drive through que backs up all the way IN TO Washington road while also trapping all the otherparked cars in there lot...it's very dangerous and people get mad about being trapped in a parking spot because they can backout of their parking spaces. This DD is victim to its own popularity....only the Customers suffer, great place, nicepeople....just try to to get in an auto altercation. Joe Read more

Absolutely disgusting. Tried to take my kids in to have a doughnut and my three year old said daddy can I have a table with no... bugs. The fact she recognized all the flies definitely convinced me to snap pictures. You?ve got 4+ people working, nobodyinside the store, an empty drive thru and parking lot and nobody cleaning. I would fire every single one of these folks becauseif this generation plans to become leaders of any sort it starts with enough respect even at a fast food job. Other Dunkins are more professional than this one. They constantly get drink orders wrong and never ever can make a coffee look... uniform with another one. They really need to be trained on how to make their coffees. I used to work at Dunkin for 2 years andknow this is NOT how they are supposed to look. Read more
715am no one other customers in the building. 4 or 5 cars in the drivethru. The cashier didn't even speak to me when she came... over to the register. She grabbed the milk I had set on the counter and tried to ring it up but the register gave herdifficulty. She finally rang it up and said do you want anything else? My kid was like she didn't even say hi. I asked for whatelse I needed and paid while I politely ignored the gratuity cup. The tables and floors were filthy but I'm not surprised bc theoutside of the restaurant could use a soft wash by a professional. There was even stuff on the walls. There were flies. ???? Thebathroom hasn't been cleaned in days I would say bc it too disgusting. Luckily we were just washing hands. We will not besupporting this Dunkin in the future. If the entire restaurant looks the way it does, I can only imagine what the kitchen lookslike. I can't understand owning a business and not caring about the way it looks or operates but I guess their making moneyregardless bc it's on Washington road. Read more
