Purchase ice cream for the family over a month ago and was overcharged. Called and notified the local branch in Evans to notify... them of overcharged. They stated that I would receive a refund for the over charge ,which was about six dollars. To date I havenot received a phone call. I?ve called several times and still have not received my money back. Not sure if the staff decided togive them self a larger tip than I left but this is unacceptable. Poor management. I will not be back, and I strongly suggesteveryone to check their tickets before leaving the store. Read more
They have such a great assortment of flavors. The fall apple pie flavor was amazing.
I'm not an ice cream fan but love bringing my kids and husband to coldstone for a treat. Everyone gets exactly what they want.
Ordered a birthday cake a few months ago, it tasted awful. I had ordered the same cake from a different location the year before... and it was great. Called the next day and left A message for the manager that they said was not in, and never received a phonecall back. Won?t be ordering anything else from this location. Read more
