Cashier NEVER said a single word to us, didn't greet us when we walked in, didn't offer to take our order, didn't tell us our... total. The dining room was freezing, we ask them to adjust the air-conditioner, and were told they can't control it. Totallyunacceptable customer service. ! Read more
They not only gave me cold, stale fries but the completely wrong meal. I love Arby's, but I'll never go to this location again.... They clearly aren't paying attention at this location to orders. The little lunch break I got was ruined and I had to go hungry. Read more

Disappointing service. I asked for a medium well Wagyu burger and, like last time, it came out burnt instead. They advertised... medium well and yet they can't seem to offer that up. What really brought it down was the unprofessionalism by the staff at thefront. I asked to speak to a manager and the cashier said they're not available right now. The fries being good is the onlyreason the score isn't lower. With that said, you will find better fast food restaurants to get burgers as well as service. Read more
Service - workers were very patient as we started dealing and splitting coupons with each other Aroma - could not remember... smelling anything Taste - there spicy chicken sandwiches were the best. The flavors added with the Arby's sauce was good. I didnot try their horsey sauce but I believe it's like a spicy mayo. Presentation - we ordered almost one of everything on the menu.It did not look good as we anticipated Uniqueness - there Ruben sandwiches are unique by the sweet souressness and their chickentenders were not unique at all. There Arby's sauce did at uniqueness flavor to them Comfort - they have both booths and regulartables and chairs. Handicap accessible aswell. Price - about 7 for a small meal or 10-12 off a big meal. I?m not sure what has happened to this Arby?s, but went through the drive thru on 5/26/22 ordered a couple of meals, a sandwich... and a large order of mozzarella sticks. The guy who was taking the order only spoke twice, once to say, can I take your orderand another say pull around, he was very rude in the way he handled himself, not asking the usual questions like, what kind ofdrink with the meals, any kind of sauce with the nugget meal or even what kind of fries. We literally had to carry the orderconversation. Then when we got to the window, the guy never gave us the total or receipt after he swiped the card. Then hehanded us one drink and about five minutes later he handed us the food. We had to knock on the window to get second drink. Wellonce we got home, which is only a few minutes away, the bag was full of Arby?s sauce (33 to be exact, see picture) we did askfor a lot, but the amount was somebody being a smart a**. The mozzarella sticks were cold along with both sandwiches. It used tobe that when you went to Arby?s, you got Chic-fil-a service for the beef side of the fast food industry. Now they?re no betterthan McDonald?s but at a very high price. Drove up to the drive through tonight was not greeted. I said hello after about a minute or so no one was in line or inside. The... lady then said ?yea go ahead?. I started with my order before I could finish she interrupted. I was finishing up my order andasking for a half sweet half unsweet tea. She said very aggressively ?WE DONT GOT NO TEA TONIGHT?.
