Placed an online order, my son waited in line for 20 minutes even after it was marked ?ready for pick up? on the app. He was... then advised they were still working on it and the order was not ready and he had to wait until they prepared the subs from theppl that were in the lobby!?!? I got diahrrea soon after eating eggs and tomato on flatbread. Restaurant and bathrooms were filthy. I won't eat here again. ... The server was alone in the restaurant and she was very kind and friendly. Read more
New menu which seems good but you have to add your topings at the beginning of the line so they can write them down to advance... in the line. Makes for some longer lines because one cannot just see what looks good and edible (like tomatoes ? which sometimeslook nasty!). Read more
They follow the the subway formulas to the letter from what I saw, with inflation the way it is when you pay 12$ for a sub... sandwich the ingredients should out way the bread equivalently. Just a suggestion to the owner operator. Read more
Stopped about 430 pm today, June 7. Young man started my sandwichs was acting like a smart alec brat. Young lady wasn't much... better. Tried to charge me double until I called her on it. No napkins. Sad representative for your store. Read more

While good, service is takes incredibly long. Just spent an hour waiting when there was five people in front of me.
Staff is wonderful I wish management help them out a little more than they did. Nobody should have to take 5 online orders and 6... customers at once it's too stressful. Although I was helped and even taken care of by the wonderful woman I and other peoplewished we could have helped her as there were so many orders. Sandwiches are always made correctly and cleanly.
