We had a woman employee named Brenda making sandwiches for my wife and kids and did a Awsome job, polite and courteous. Overall a decent place, a lot of the staff that work there were kids from my school, I used to go every summer during band camp... and get food. My only issue is that they are extremely understaffed which can lead to long wait times. Read more
Amanda at the Eustace, Texas location is amazing. She made the BEST sandwiches we?ve had from anywhere in a long time. She was... kind to my daughter who was a little unsure of her order and patient with me while I placed the order for my family of five. Shewas all by herself because her help called in and you couldn?t tell it affected her negatively in any way. I have lived here forfive years and used to avoid the subway because of the service. I will continue choosing Subway as my dinner of choice becauseof her outstanding customer service and work ethic! Read more
Go here all the time and this was my first genuinely bad experience! I walked in the door and before I even made it to the... counter the woman working VERY rudely stated "SIR! I ONLY HAVE FLATBREAD!" I very politely asked if she would have any otherbread tonight at all. To which again she very rudely stated "No. Well I'll have wheat but it'll be AT LEAST an hour". So this evening my girlfriend and I both placed separate mobile orders. I ordered the sweet onion steak teriyaki on cheese... bread. Right after I placed my order. They called me to tell me they were out of chicken, after checking my order again, Iordered the steak so I'm not sure why they called me. My girlfriend ordered a turkey sandwich and as we were walking out thedoor they called her to tell her they were out of turkey. When we arrived at the store to pick up our orders an hour and a halfbefore they closed, I noticed that the entire assembly line or the majority of the assembly line had already been broken downand almost everything was put away. So I wonder if they were actually out of turkey, or if they just didn't want to geteverything out to make the sandwich. One of the largest or one of the largest sandwich shops around, in a town of less than1,000 people, should never run out of ingredients. Pretty sad. This is one of the many reasons I rarely come here. Read more
