We had lunch there this past Saturday, coming in to what appeared to be a packed restaurant. Within minutes, we took notice of... the awkwardness that only one table actually had food, whereas the others had only empty chip and salsa bowls. We were waiting along time for our food to arrive, without any courtesy of informing us regarding the status. They never bothered refilling oursalsa or water. When I asked about the status of our food, the manager/owner came across as resentful that we would even ask, asthough they were paying us to attend their restaurant. It took an hour and a twenty minutes for the food to finally arrive. Theykept telling other upset customers that the quality of food was "worth the wait", which is conceded and irresponsible for themto make such a determination against others time, considering many are vacationers budgeting their precious travel time, only tofind it sniped. The Food in my opinion was marginal at best, comparable to other establishments in the area. I suggest you skipthis trap, and go to the Local Flavor Cafe or Nibbles nearby. Read more

The last review by Milligan is misleading. We were there at the same time and it was fantastic. The beef barbacoa was the... special and it was delicious. Obviously the food will a take a while since it?s all handmade. The entire experience was wellworth any wait there might have been. Read more

We arrived at Oasis a little past 12:30 on a Saturday afternoon, and the place was PACKED, which is a great sign! Obviously,... this is a reputable and fantastic restaurant!!! Um, no. After the manager (or maybe owner) took our order, relatively quickly Imight add, it became apparent the other patrons were hostages to civility. We waited 50 minutes for two meals, and saw ONE othertable, a four top, receive their food. The social contract of respecting the process after ordering food was merely a siren songto doom diners to live out their days waiting. We paid for our drinks and left before we were declared residents of theestablishment and charged rent. Read more

We didn?t know where to eat while visiting the area and are so glad we chose to eat here. The food was fresh, made to order and... came very quickly even tho we sat down behind a party of about 15 people. Our enchiladas were fresh, delicious and there wasplenty of food. Read more
