Absolutely outstanding Claire was phenomenal- the place was super busy. They told us it was a 15 minute wait and we were... seated in 15 minutes. Very appropriate. They were short on servers and they wanted to make sure everybody had appropriateattention. I love that about poor Richards! We both ordered a hamburger and fries and they were amazingly delicious. I love Poor Richards but this visit was less than good. My husband and I both ordered the wing special. The salads were very... good as usual. When our wings came out we did not get the cheese garlic bread that normally comes with it. The waitress we hadhad actually walked away so quickly I did not get a chance to ask her about the bread until we were finished eating. When I didask about it she stated oh I forgot it. Went to kitchen and brings out two cold pieces of cheese garlic bread and 2 to gocontainers. She then stated she would go get out check. Waitress did not smile, say thank you or you're welcome one time during our visit. I ordered appetizers at the same time the... drink order was given. I had to tell her again after we got our drinks 5 minutes later. The point of appetizers are to eatbefore your meal, I thought. She brought the entire food order at the same time as the appetizers. Although I was given sourcream and ranch dressing for the appetizers I had to ask for marinara sauce for dipping the cheese sticks in. There appeared tobe plenty of staff and several groups were leaving as we arrived. Perhaps she was exhausted and we all have our days. I wasexhausted too but I still smiled and really tried to be pleasant. I just had the feeling the waitress wanted to be anywhere elsebut there at that time. Nice place but poor service and very poor food quality. Had to ask cashier for silverware cuz server brougt food and no... utensils and didnt come back for a long time...had to ask cashier for refills too. Sampler was cooked too long, some burnt. Nachos were not nachos...they were chips with shredded cheese melted on top and not much at all. Burger was very flavorless andveggies were soggie and gross. Wings lack flavor and bbq sauce was not good at all. Overall it was awful. We didn't eat much. I have no idea why this place has such great ratings. I'd rather have fast food. Beer was great!
