Every review on DoorDash said that they made their sandwich wrong or gave them the completely wrong order. I was shocked, and I... guess I shouldn?t have been to spend $20 on a veggie patty foot long with all the extras and get home and find the wrong breadfilled with nothing but mayo(which I didn?t order) and spinach(also didn?t order) no veggie patty, no cheese. The person who made our sandwiches consistently messed them up seconds after we told them what to put on them. Not a single... person had a hair net on. We were not offered a receipt, we got cookies and the person just walked away and began helping thenext customer without giving us our cookies. One employee was yelling at the others. Disappointed. $48 order, with a wrap, salad and 3 footlongs. The online ordering wouldn't honor the 15% off special for... footlongs. My order included special instructions to keep salad dressing separate from the salad, AND I called and left amessage on the store phone nearly an hour beforehand, again to make sure the salad dressing was kept separate from the salad.When I picked up the order, the salad was drenched in the salad dressing, and was missing the pepper jack cheese. My friend hasto be careful with dressings, so the salad was basically inedible for my group. When I complained, I was told the phone wasbroken. Who knows why the special instructions were ignored. The sandwiches were fine, but next time I think we'll go withpizza, because I know we can get salad dressing on the side there, and they won't tell us the phone is broken. Read more

A customer went in today 7/28 a little bit after 2pm. And was treated so disrespectfull it was sad to see. A young girl behind... the counter had a brade in today with glasses. Must of been having a bad day. She was very rude. The customer asked if their wasa problem and was told rudely "if you have a problem talk to my manager she is right here" no respect at all.. I went into Subway on W Harris St Eureka, CA. The person behind the counter was not very polite and rude. I ask for steak and... cheese on Italian and herb bread,. I told her that I did not want my sandwich toasted and just wanted her heat the meat. Butshe did not even heat it and it was cold. And did not ask what vegetable that I wanted on my sandwich. Had to tell her whatvegetable that I wanted. I would not send any one to any of the Subway in Humboldt county or Del Norte county. Read more
Food was great. Service was horrible, more than once have sandwich makers forgotten to ask if I want anything else on my... samdwich, and jist throw it in the oven, without asking if i even wanted it in the oven!
