I go here often, as I am an associate at a store close by, and every time (EVERY TIME) the workers are so polite and sweet.... Really makes my break enjoyable. Appreciate their positive attitudes. I love a good pretzel bite with nacho cheese, just a bit pricey.

Ordered mozzarella bites got pretzels instead. Waited in line and spoke with the gal that took our order. She was very nice... apologized and said she needed to get someone else cause she was new and didn't know what to do. She goes in the back and outcomes Athena and she asks what I need and then asks if we ate any. The answer was yes my child had a few before the mistake wasnoticed. She then says sorry we gave you the wrong thing but you touched it so you have to pay for the replacement. If you messup an order just replace it. There was just a few missing in the time it took us to return to a table and notice the mistake. She then looks at the cup and says that's more than a few acting as if I'm trying to return an empty cup. Told my wife what wasgoing on and she took that moment to throw the cup I paid for away. I love getting a pretzel every once in awhile at the bayshore store.
