I'm only able to make purchases at night, and the night crew absolutely cannot get my order correct. I ask for no tomatoes... because my wife has an ALLERGY, and the redheaded guy ADDS tomatoes to the burger, or I've been handed the entirely wrong order.When confronted about it, the night shift manager refused to even try to listen and refused to remake or refund my order. It is the worst place i?ve ever be. We can?t make a new order to eat for the lunch because we drink our first order in more of... 30 minutes. the waitress didn't want to hear anything, she was very bossy. we went to eat in the adels restaurant, justopposite, where the staff was much more welcoming. They still don't have dine in but you can order from the drive thru window till 10pm. The problem with that is drive-thru... customers think/look at you as if you are homeless asking for money or food. The food was great and so was the staff! Read more
No taco sauce after asking for it, no tomatos or onions on my Jr jumbo jacks nor was I told that they were out. I pay 2$ to get... some extra jacks good good sauce and end up with 3. I'm sorry but the service was absolutely horrid. No thank you or anythingjust handed us our food and shut the drive thru window leaving us to wonder if we even had everything. Dropped a star. When I came here, I went to go pick up my order that I got through the app. The should I used was dining pickup.... Well, the dining was closed and being used fir storage. So I got back in my car and got in the drive thru. Wich had about 8 carswaiting. This why I always prefer the dining room. Also the grounds around the building are in a terrible state. Outsidesignage is bent broken and graphitied. It's like an apocalyptic version of your store. THe food was STILL TASTY THOUGH! eventhough it took nearly 25 mins to get. Read more
