The middle eastern lady is rude and doesn't like American people. From what I'm witnessed while in the store. She charged me for... a 6" sandwich that was 3" long and I ate it in 2 bites. As I sat here I'm a deaf person and I could see the hatred for whitepeople. I keep getting looked at by the lady who needs to go back to where she came from. IF YOU DON'T LIKE AMERICA GET OUT OFHERE ILL PAY YOUR WAY. there's usually a man in here I can read his lips and I can talk as we speak the lady was rude to someoneelse and another lady came to save the day. The experience is never that great here. It?s either average or bad bc of rude customer service, unappetizing display and... sandwich making. But it?s 2 mins from my house so I come here frequently. Today?s experience warrants a review. I brought aSubway coupon for 2 foot longs for 12.99. My husband got the All American Club and I got turkey and bacon. They charged me 2.40for bacon on my turkey. Which makes no sense bc the All American club is what I got PLUS ham. The man refused to get my logicand insisted that I be charged for the bacon. I didn?t want to argue bc he seemed like an unreasonable man and his wife alsoseemed unreasonable. Will avoid this location moving forward. Read more
I go yesterday. Restaurant very clean. Good service. Good actitud the cashier. Excellent service for everything. Good job.
I had to leave one star just to leave a review I would recommend turning around when I walked in it was hot in there no ac the... food didn?t look good the meat look like it was sitting there in the heat waste of money if I get sick I?m reporting them theyshould put effort for paying customers. The food is about the same as any Subway. When I was there this warm spring afternoon, there was a guy dressed in a heavy coat... and pants with a hat on, sleeping on a table in the dining room. The staff didn't seem to mind which made me think that may benormal for this location. Makes me wonder how many can sleep there at one time and for how long. Last straw with this place. They are never open when they say they are going to be. It says online and on their door that they... open at 9 am but many times I try to go there when they open and they are closed. I just tried to go this morning (day afterChristmas) and it says online that they open at 10 today, so I wait til about 10:15 and go try to get a sandwich and they areclosed and there is a guy inside doing prep work but he signals me through the window that they aren?t open without any kind ofexplanation and when I tried to get one he flat out ignored me. I?ve had it with the horrible service and the lack ofreliability of this place. I just feel like if you say your going to be open then you should be open or change the hours on thedoor/website if you can?t get your employees to show up on time? Read more
Went inside to use one of their BOGO Footlong coupons and I think was the manager said that this store doesn't accept that... specific coupon. No signs anywhere indicating they don't accept coupons (the one in Arlington has a sign which is fine). He evenasked if I had any other coupons which makes no sense. Never heard of a place that said they don't accept one specific couponbut accept all of the others and felt like it was a last second decision to take as much money as possible and something he justmade up. There's a Subway that always accepts my coupons on Industrial so I'll just go there. Read more
The lady did not understand what I was saying apparently..she made my sandwich her way instead of mine..on top of being rude...I... recieved 6in portion of meat on a footlong...yay bread and veggie sandwich :( i don't think ill be going back to thislocation...it USE TO be a great sandwich shop..not anymore..TRASH Read more
