Excellent customer service. The barista (I believe her name was Kat) was extremely kind, caring, and accomodating - made an... effort to get to know us, give us recommendations, and help us out. Even with multiple people in line and toward closing time,she was quick and got our orders right. Experiences with other stores and Starbucks locations haven't been this good. Would comeback again 100%. Read more
This Starbucks is outstanding. I was having an awful start to my Sat. morning, I was not moody or anything, but moreso quiet to... myself. Isaac is phenomenal & dedicated on the til and also (I did not catch her name, but I guess it starts with a C orsomething) the female barista co-worker was devoted to making my caramel crunch Frappuccino. Ordered from this Target Starbucks 11/29/2020. I got an iced tea and a large ice water. Service was fine, everything was... clean, barista was friendly. So why 1 star?? Their water tastes like mold. If their source of water for ice water is alsoused for other drinks that taste is likely masked by all the flavors and sweeteners. I had my daughter try the water and shemade a gross face and when I asked if it tasted like mold to her she agreed it did. We will no longer be ordering at thisStarbucks because that can't be healthy. I asked for a blonde roast Kendra replied they don?t have any and that they would have to brew it at 9:10 AM I said OK she said... will be five minutes to brew 15 minutes later a come back to place my order. I place it and find out it hasn?t been brewed andthen they proceed to help two more customers behind me and give them their orders first. Poor service upon poor choices. Read more
Carrie sucks! Starbucks rocks, but Carrie acted like we were interrupting her peace and quiet of standing at the register and... was freaking rude when we asked about the smoothies. Starbucks needs to re-train her on customer service. We would like to seeher smiling soon! ???? Read more
