Never ever ever ever ever ever EVER going here again!!! I ordered two blizzards?simple. Two blizzards. I live less than 3... minutes away from this location so I got there fast, checked in, and waited. And waited?and waited for 20 minutes! 5 othercars pulled in and got their orders and left while I am, you guessed it?still waited. I finally pushed the button to getsomeone, and the kid that answered couldn?t have sounded any more like a surfer in an 80?s movie if he tried. I told him I hadbeen waiting for 20 minutes on my mobile order, and he said ?oh, sorry?our ice cream machine isn?t working.? I immediatelyasked him ?So the order that only had two things on it that you can?t make just sat there? We?re you just going to let me sithere waiting?? His answer blew my mind?.?uh?.yeah.? This place is usually good but today I ordered the grilled cheese double burger. It's supposed to have three slices of cheese... but mine only had two. When I confronted the manager about it instead of fixing it by giving me another slice of cheese she gavesome story about how the cook used big slices of cheese instead of little ones. Just received a door dash with the wrong candy in my sonic blast. My husband got the small with oreos, i ordered a mini with... chocolate syrup and m&ms. They put oreos in both. Checked my receipt and definitely ordered it correctly. Door dash offers a $1refund. Super annoying experience. Read more

This is the sonic patty melt I received after waiting 20 mins for them to tell me they had no onion rings and shorted my order a... order of tator tots. I will not be back to this spot. This location is okay. Mobile orders take longer than ordering in person. The last time I ordered from here was in person and... they got one of my drinks wrong. But the lady was happy to get the correct drink for me. The cheese fries I ordered containedabout only 8-10 fries :/ Plus the straws are dangerously sharp and prone to puncturing the bottom of the cup, which happenedonce but now I know to be careful.
