Okay...hate to but got to...Is this Smoothie King slow? Yes...Does that give them 1 star? No. You know what gives them 1 star?... The game of chance you play when ordering your smoothie. I like a banana boat every now and then...it's hit or miss, or miss, ormiss here. I don't know what boat I got today but it certainly wasn't a banana. More like the ole banana in the tailpipe. Consistently misses the mark but I am a glutton for punishment. I am rooting for you Smoothie King! Let's refocus on thebasics and get these smoothies down. Worst ?smoothie? I have ever had. It was not a smoothie. The texture was garbage was not blended properly There were huge chunks... of ice in my so-called smoothie. The worst smoothie king I have ever been to. The flavor was not good what so ever. I do notrecommend this smoothie king. Obviously your workers need more training. Read more
Why the long wait? All the time****Update, I tried to order again from this location through the drive-thru I arrived at 8:15... a.m. and had to leave the line at 8:30 a.m. with being a second car in line and never received my smoothie because I had toleave the line due to needing to be at work. The store has a line on Sunday and the lady is really paranoid as I do my review. The young lady that works here called her... gangster boyfriend to come and threaten me because I asked her name to give a good review. She made the phone call during thetime of making my smoothie so he walked in while waited. I called the police and made report. I confirmed that he does notprovide security services for Smoothie King. The manager advised that the worker had been in compromising situations before. Soas a company, you should not allow her to open the store or be alone by herself since she is fearful and does not make goodjudgement of customers.(which makes me question her first incident). Also, why is she able to stand outside to talk to theboyfriend when you just opened the doors for business? Also, to the young lady. Firstly, you should where a name tag. You workin the public and people are going to talk to you. People like this get people hurt. I hope that you implement other policiesin your company to prevent this from happening in the future.
