I enjoyed the food here. The prices aren't bad. The pecan pie is delicious. I had the ribs, chicken and brisket. The chicken is... by far the best, very juicy and lots of flavor. The brisket was okay a tad dry and I'm not a fan of their ribs. It's worth atry. Read more
The food is tasty. Currently they have some construction going on and that feels slightly awkward but doesn’t kill the vibe... completely. The staff here are very friendly and accommodating. North Main BBQ has the best brisket that I have ever tasted! I had a sliced brisket sandwich with beans and potato salad. The... brisket had a great smoked flavor, it was incredibly tender and moist, the portions were generous, and the house BBQ sauce wasreally good, too. The beans and potato salad were both good, but the item that will have me coming back (even though I willpass about 12 BBQ restaurants to get there) is the brisket! I saw on the menu that they have chicken, pulled pork, ribs, and afew other offerings and I plan to try those on future visits. They even have an all-you-can-eat. I could barely eat what wason my plate, but if you are really hungry - that would be would be worth a try. We went on a Sunday after church and we werethe only dine in customers but several came by for take-out orders. I did not ask management the details, but there appears tobe major renovation going on. I had the food delivered on today. The food was severly undercooked. I called the restaurant and spoke with Jessica Arriava and... she said I could not get my money back. One of the ladies called me back on the phone and started yelling at me and talkingtrash to me. They have lost me as a customer. I will never go back here again. I just wasted $28. Read more
i have been going to this place for over 20+ years... many experiences. some great ones and some demeaning. the old original... owner use to call me "rice." True story. original owners sold it. and its been through several owners... but its still GOOD! theall you can eat 15 has gone up to 22 but prices of meat has gone up. 15 was a 20 years old price. This place is an institution,support your local businesses. keep it alive, the food is still excellent! one meat plate 9, 2 meat plate 12, 3 meat plate 15 +2 sides. all you can eat 22. Read more
Worst BBQ I've ever had from California to Texas. Undercooked, flavorless brisket with the texture of boiled meat. This... restaurant should NEVER touch brisket again. The spoonful of sides were Pathetic and not very tasty. All around there's no reason for a second chance. -FF Read more
Do not go here it was not worth it at all they are clout chasing who they used to be, completely different owners the staff... there doesn't even know how they won those Awards!! Our experience was very silly to put it at best, the lady who was workingtold us to sit down to take our order, she asked to sit with us to take our order, I said sure even though it was empty and itdidnt look like she had been busy. We ordered the all-you-can-eat because we wanted to try everything, it is not a buffet likeit used to be they bring your plates out. She did not bring our drinks or plastic ware until we got our food even though we cansee the drink station, very pointless to tip when everything us in arm reach for us to do ourselves. The sides were very goodbut the chop brisket was dry. Ribs tasted old and they weren't wet or tender. Very fatty. By time we got her attention so wecould get more barbecue sauce I was already full so I asked if we could just be charged for two plate entrees considering shenever checked on us to get us another plate of anything else. We were there right when they opened at 11. Ordered sausage sandwich with side and chopped sandwich. Potato salad was good. The... meat you could tell was leftovers from the previous day. Very dry! Neither of us finished our meal. Read more
