My husband and I sat outside for almost 2 hours to be screamed at through the glass the first time that the lady was the only... person there so she refused to open lobby. 715 comes around there was then 3 people and same lady finally opened the door tothen scream at me and tell me she wouldn't let us in cause they are short staffed. We came around Midnight, hours online stated they closed at 2:30am but the rude woman on the other side of the speaker stated... they were closed. Check your order thoroughly... somehow someway they mess my order up 90% of the time. Yes I continue to go there for the... convenience and price due to no other locations being near by but its getting ridiculous. My husband went to go get us dinner. He order 2 of the grilled cheese burger late night meals. When he got home we opened our... burger and found 3 pieces of hard bread, 1 piece of meat and a small amount of lettuce.....it made absolutely no sense. Therewas not cheese.....there where literally 2 slices of dry bread on top of eachother and then meat, lettuce and the 3rd piece ofdry bread. My husband took both burgers back and asked for a manager. He was told "there isn't one", so my husband pulled up themenu on his phone and told the 2 young boys what is supposed to be on the burgers....they proceeded to tell him "we don't havethat cheese and we were told that we can't make it that way"..... My husband clarified and asked "you were told that you can'tmake the burger the way the menu says?" They said yes. Then we asked for a refund and were told "we can't do that, only amanager can. You'll have to deal".....at that point my husband tossed the burgers inside and we left. I am seriously amazed atthis. I'd like our money back and I'd like to understand why in the world y'all can hand food out like that? The disrespect Ican get over, they were like 16 years old and I have younger brothers......I get it. But the incompetence and the refusing arefund is an issue. Fix it please! Read more
