Every time I come to this location they get my order wrong. I order a sandwich and then I specifically say "no condiments or... pickles. I need chicken on bread and that's it." Then I get to sit at the window and watch them drown my sandwich in sauce andpickles. Read more
RUN!!! Not an exaggeration when I tell you that it was over a 30 minute wait for 1 chicken sandwich to be made and close to an... hr (usually takes 8 min to make FRESH) after I got out of drive thru and came inside. I still left with no sandwich! There were2 families inside who didn?t look happy who were also being delayed. When I asked for my money back, it quickly became an issueand shouting match between me and golden chick employee. The golden chick employee (large Hispanic woman covered in tattoos)also mentioned something about my sugar daddy paying for my $6 sandwich.? IN FRONT OF CHILDREN Ok.? What does that have to dowith my money being returned or a slow cooked chicken sandwich.? Another customer then asked golden chick employee after shethreatened to keep my money If she can please give me my money back because there were kids watching entire altercation. It waswhen another customer offered to pay for my food/give me money back that my money was quickly given to me as it should?ve beenbefore additional 5 minute stand off..I think this person should not represent golden chick! This has been on multiple occasions. I won't be going back. This is a complete waste of time. I get a very short lunch, it's... only 2 minutes from work but they are in no hurry to get food out. I spent 25 minutes in line waiting for food. I had to leavewithout my food because of how long it took for the truck in front of me to get their large order. Why cant they have people whoorder family/ large meal pull off the the side where they have designated parking for them to wait? I could see my food at thewindow ready for 10 minutes before i got there. I dont want cold food. I didn't have any time left to eat. Thanks golden chick. Read more
