I ordered a pizza last night at 6:00 it took them till 8:00 to get it understood that my pizza order never was delivered. Five... phone calls back and forth to try to get them to get my pizza to me and I'm up the following day still trying to get my refund.Not only did it take three people and the first one didn't even have any clue it was going on and told me he would call me backdidn't get my name didn't get my number. Never called back but they put the delivery driver on the phone with me rude I shouldsay the driver turned around and said that my address was bogus even though I've lived in the same apartment for 8 years andhave never had any issues with getting a delivery from Domino's before. And can't seem to get a hold of an actual manager. SoI'm going off again phone calls every 5 10 15 minutes today until I actually speak to the manager. I will not order fromDomino's the pizza is not like it used to be it was an okay for 50% off whatever you ordered but now I know why they are doingthat coupon customer service zero food quality well I wouldn't know I paid $20 for a pizza that was never delivered and now I'mfighting for a refund. Ordered online from here. 1 pizza. Nothing complicated AT ALL. Was absolutely TORCHED. Burnt to a crisp. Tried calling for a... remake 3 times and was hung up on 3 times. Read more

Friday night. I ordered at 11:08, it said being prepared by MASON. Around 1130 it had not even moved from prep. Then it said... cancelled. I decided to try place the order again. Same name to prepare it. It became cancelled within 5 mins. I called thenumber, I stayed on the line and no one answered, they hung up. I sincerely hope my card does not get charged twice for a twiceplaced order that got cancelled. Do they just cancel orders immediately that do not leave a tip? Unbelievable. Seriously don?t know what is going on at this location. Second time in a week it took 2 hours to get my delivery which is... ridiculous. I get things happen on occasion but they need get it worked out. Too many places where You can get your order in alot less time. Tracker shows starts prepping it then it sits there. Tried calling the first time after 30 min and they had onedriver. Said my order was next then another 45 min go by and still no progress. Called back and said app didn?t update whichwas a total lie as it still took another 30 min. Gave them a second try benefit of the doubt and all then the same thinghappened another 2 hrs and order sat in prep mode most the time. Steer clear definitely not worth the aggravation!! Top it offthe employee is ruder than hell and hung up on me!!! Someone needs to be fired. After two hours of waiting tracker showed pizzawas in the oven again when it had been out and sitting down 45 min. Cancelled my order will never order from them again andtell everyone to steer clear. They can?t even cancel an order correctly. 20 min later I get ice cold pizza.. seriously?? Read more

I give 5 stars for the hot food. Everything was Great! However, the delivery charge is too greedy. I don't mind to give a good... tip, but not to domino's. First I had to order more than I wanted just to get a delivery. Then... you charge a $4.99 deliveryfee that the deliverer person doesn't get. They use their car and gas. That's messed up. That delivery fee needs to go to them.Not cool. Y'all just grabbing money and don't care about your workers or the customer. Truly sad. Read more

I ordered pizza for delivery it was delivered and I got three pizzas but it wasn't the three pizzas that I ordered. I called... them advised I got the wrong Pizza the manager Jacob asked me if I wanted credit or the pizza. I said I want the pizzas. I askhim how do I get the credit that was promised to me the last time my order was wrong he advised me it's usually under my number.I asked him was there any credits under my phone number he said no do you want your pizza or not I said I want my pizza. Iasked him why was he being rude and he said he's not going to take any rude customers today. When I explained that I wasn'tbeing rude he demanded respect I told him he needed to give respect he said he gives respect when he's given respect and he hungup on me. I called back and asked Jacob was my pizza going to be delivered he said do you want your pizzas delivered? I said yesbut there's no need for you being rude he tells me that he's canceling the order I asked for my money back he hung up on meagain. I go to Domino's give them the three wrong pizzas and ask for Jacob and my money. Jacob is literally a 19-year-old littleboy no respect at all. I hear all the time that this is our future. I commend young man and women for going out getting a job. Ihave 20 that I have hired in the last month that's between the age of 19 and 21. However they should never forget the peoplethat made it possible for them to get the job. he was totally disrespectful and as I was walking out the door I said I know hismother raised him better than that. I would give zero stars if possible. I placed my order online and what was suppose to be 30 minutes tuned into an hour. My order... stayed in quality check from 10:15 to 10:39. When we finally got the pizza the crust had been cooked way too long. And pizzawas nut fresh no way. Read more

My carry out experience took a hour and a half! I ordered curbside via online. When the pizza tracker said it was ready I went... inside. When I told her my name and order she ran in the back and I saw her throw it together. I asked her, ?was that my orderyour just not making it?? She just simply She we are busy! I waited for 45 minutes. I heard another person say in the back theylost that pizza ??????? When the order came in over a hour late, it was sloppy and literally thrown together. The young managershowed no empathy and lacked customer service. Even throwing a cup when he walked off. About three people that came in when Iwas there had problems with their orders.
