Don?t waist your time or money! The service was BEYOND AWFUL! waitress delivered our beer to the wrong table, then an empty... table where it sat for 10 min before FINALLY being delivered to our table with NO CUPS! after that, we sat for another 10 minwaiting on cups! Hot beer when we finally got cups! After bowling for three games with our group of four and being told at thebeginning when getting shoes we were told 5.99 a game, we go to pay and was told NOPE $9.99 a game A PERSON!!! On top of thatthey added a service charge of 18% for the WORST service!!! Not worth the headache because they do NOT CARE you?re just anotherperson complaining. Read more
The service is friendly and efficient! I loved the food (I got the steak street tacos) and if I could put an extra star I would!... It was a bit crowded in the surrounding lanes next to us so we asked to switch lanes and they had no issues. I forgot ourserver's name, but she was very prompt and kept making sure we were ok. Had fun (it's a bowling alley, of course), but dreadful service on a Friday night. My Wife & I were not welcomed with even a... smile or greeting, and then we got assigned a dirty table that hadn't been cleaned from the previous party. The bowling lanes and atmosphere is top notch. But you pay dearly with your wallet. The games are ultra expensive and the... food/beer prices are high. All food/alcohol are automatically charged an additional 18%. You can then tip again if you want. They don't tell you this up front. Don't pay attention and your bill at the end of the night is sky high Read more

I used to love this place but in my most recent visit I was so offended by the way my family was treated my Michelle the... manager. My whole family and I were all so disrespect by the way we were treated and belittled. Michelle continued todemonstrated her unprofessionalism by chatting with Jessica the bartender who, after the conversation, proceeded to become veryrude with our interactions. Mind you, we have come here for years. We love the environment but after this encounter I amsaddened to say that if Michelle continues to manage this beautiful bowling location, it's reputation will suffer. Read more
