OOF! Cheeseburger was juicy with amazing flavor. FINALLY, Eugene\'s answer to a burger. The special was the pork belly \'bun\'... mi sandwich. The pork belly was thick and PERFECTLY cooked. ???? We took the porker to go and ate it cold. I can\'t even imaginewhat it was like hot because cold, hours later, we devoured at the kitchen counter. It didn\'t even make it to a plate. This food truck is amazing and has some of the best food in Eugene period! I was visiting from Minnesota and I honestly ate here... each day I was in town in order to try something new. The “porker” sandwich is one of the most unique and best tastingsandwiches I have ever had (savory pork with sweet apricot chutney—so, so good). The fried chicken sandwich is the perfectlevel of spicy, and the added veggies make it refreshing too. And the regular old cheeseburger just hits the spot. The chef issuper friendly too.
