Way too much garlic for the garlic tofu. It was way too potent. I've ordered this before and never had an issue. Also pretty... sure they use butter as their oil. I just assumed this dish was dairy free but if its an allergy for people I would recommend asking before hand. Read more

I ordered Ongiri at the swimming pool. The girl who made my order entered the kitchen by climbing over the food service counter... with her shoes on instead of using the door. To my surprise, the worker was then given my onigiri order. Before she started myfood, she played with her hair for two minutes while trying to put it up and didn't wash her hands, as far as I could tell. Shethen went to the rice station and started making my rice balls. While she was pressing my rice into her hand, I saw that she waswearing a taped bandage over most of her hand that came into direct contact with my food. When I asked her to put on gloves, shetold me that "I don't have to wear gloves and if you worked in food service , you would know that." Her attitude was just asnasty as what I saw happening in the kitchen. She then offered to make a new one but I didn't want to deal with her any longer.The woman who worked the cash register put on a single glove and began to help with order but didn't understand that I wasasking for the girl to put on gloves. I don't know how well a bandage can get washed, but I was completely grossed out. Theyshould do better. Read more

First time at this location, but wow!! Seriously so good. The plates are the same as the Pearl St location but I tried the... onigiri and it might be a new fave in town! The rice is nice and sticky, the protein flavorful, and the salad is not only superdelicious, but also really healthy. The veggies are fresh and the dressing is awesome. Love that it also comes with hard boiledegg and almonds on the side. I?ll definitely be back! Read more
The food is adequate but I was served by the rudest young woman with long brown hair. While I stood in the cold waiting, she... had her back to me the whole time ignoring me until I pressed the bell. She was not at all accommodating or nice. When I saidyou might want to face customers, she said I don?t need to be told how to do my job, I do it just fine. No acknowledgement ofcustomer service.
