Cool slightly lowered store great parking which is not normal for a subway In the city. Larger room well laid out. Good service... good food I wish subway would have a white onion vegetable option. Was only one work at a rush hour was strange I have worked ata subway and so has my sister they are very miss managed this one seemed fine. Biggest down side to working there the glovesnever fit at that store slowing down every workers speeds and the boss are always like you will get used to it. Well you neverdo not at a comparable good speed relative to other stores gloves I have used they was basically box gloves. I have autism and went in at 4:30 monday jan 31and i have never dealt with someone meaner than the girl working! She slammed my... food down and ignored me when i asked for things, rolled her eyes at me and used a sharp harsh tone. Unbelievable! I was aboutto leave! Disgusting! Messy prep area, ingredients strewn everywhere outside of their bins. Old dried out curled up cheddar cheese was... thrown haphazardly on top of the fresh. Totally disinterested staff, 2 females, both gave the STRONG impression that the job isa chore and the customer an inconvenience. They didn't greet or thank us, and rushed us through the order when we said we werestill deciding. We had to ask for a receipt. Our sloppily assembled sandwiches were slapped together quickly with sauce pooledon one end only, then served on the cut up prep paper in cracked baskets, with the napkins literally thrown on top. Nothing wasnice, neat, organized, or friendly, and absolutely no effort was expended to make it so. We'll never go back to this location. Visited 4/4/17 approx 5pm. Read more
My nephew and I ate at this subway on Franklin Blvd in Eugene for the first time and we loved Anicah! She kept the place clean,... running smoothly, and all of the toppings were so fresh and yummy! We especially loved her freshly baked bread, it was so soft!That was the best subway we ever had. Thank you Anicah! ?? Read more
