I?m not giving 5... stars bc misogynistic management doesn?t deserve the clout nor credit. ?No one wants to work anymore?? Six drinks in two weeks I have been given a blended drink instead of a HOT drink. I ordered through uber eats each time and... clearly stated steamed HOT with 2% milk. Luckily they refunded me every time but this stores attention to detail is terrible. Goto the Albertsons Starbucks off Hilyard instead. Read more

Consistency is what you get at every Starbucks. I love their white chocolate mocha.
I?ve been coming here often for the past two years and never had issues with their customer service until these past few months.... I understand they have a labor shortage, but that doesn?t mean you can slack off on your customer service job. Today I came byfor my usual order, and they stated their card reader is down and can only accept cash, Starbucks cards or gift cards from theapp. I asked if I can use my cards saved on the Starbucks app and they said yes. When I came to the window, they said they can?tuse VISA cards. However, when they scanned it from my app, it worked. The curly haired woman at the window gave us attitude. Shejust handed us our drinks and food without saying anything. No ?have a nice day? or ?see you next time,? nothing. I understandthe shortage problem, but you still have to do your job. Read more
