This Starbucks is the worst I have ever been to, ended up waiting over 25 minutes for my drink, ended up walking out. Spend the... entire time listening to the kids working there talking about hooking up and last night's drinking episodes. Very poorly run,and if there was a manager then they are a failure. Will not return here ever again, and Starbucks as a company lost some shinein my eyes; I understand you get what you pay for when hiring, but try to have some standards..... Read more

My wife ordered 3 different coffee's and she gave the order and they still messed them up and were real rude. Like I I get... people make mistakes but not wanting to fix them an be rude about it thats horrible costumer service. They definitely lost myinterest Read more

I ordered online and walked to this location. When I arrived, the door was locked and a sign said to go through the drive thru.... I tried to get the attention of the employees inside, they made eye contact but otherwise ignored me. There were no vehiclesthere, so I went ahead and walked up to the drive thru window and was rudely told that I couldn't do that. If you're going toarbitrarily shut down the lobby, turn off the order ahead too so those on foot aren't stuck. It's not like they were to busy tohelp, I was the only person around at almost 4 PM on a Wednesday. Read more

I work within walking distance. I go here occasionally at 5:30am and every time I?ve gone recently they have had breakfast items... not in stock. I will not be a returning customer anymore. I was so mad this morning and drove off out of the drive through whenI found that out again. This location is understaffed as well. Read more

I really don't want to write this review cause I've never had a bad time at this Starbucks but I walked 20 mins to a store to... find a closed lobby that should have been open (per the hours online,) a dead phone line (so I couldn't ask what to do aboutthat,) no order ahead option at all, and when I tried to get their attention so I could ask if I could walk through the drivethrough so that I could get something for my walk home, all I got was glares and being ignored. The hostility I received when Itried to indicate that I had a question was bad Not only is this rude, but assumes everyone has a car, which is very much nottrue. I came to get coffee cause i had a pretty bad day and now i have no coffee, I'm upset, and have to walk home in pain (I'mdisabled) This is unacceptable Read more

I understand that Starbucks gets better busy. But let?s stay kind and professional. Staff acted so put out to have to take... order and make drink. They seemed too busy to be bothered by being nice.
