First the bathrooms were closed but only one was broken so the lady let us use the other one and the big heavy guy with glasses... yelled at her infront of everybody. The bathroom wasn't broken they just had it closed so there wasn't any business. Then wedidn't receive our whole order I had to inquire about it. Also standing up at the counter waiting for service and when theworkers looked at me they didn't even acknowledge me for 5 min. The tables are filthy. Kudos to Kirsten she was amazing and theonly one that acted like she loves her job. Read more

The service was great. I was able to order what I wanted and receive it without any interaction which was needed in this case.... Pizza was received quickly, hot, edible, and the driver made sure we got it at the door before driving off. Read more
This is my first time ordering from this particular Pizza Hut. Pizza Hut usually has a good amount of toppings. This 30$ pie did... not. Also, the receipt did not include a large tip to the driver, but that tip is on my card. I hope they didn't stiff thedriver. Read more
The original deep pan crust that was ordered was not ready to bake so they substituted a rectangle pan crust. I appreciate that... we got pizza and that they did the best they could. Your original deep pan crust is my favorite and I was a little saddened. Nota huge deal. It will be ready next time. Read more
Every time I have tried to order from the Willamette street location in the last 6 months I have had a horrible experience. One... time our pizza was 2 hours late! The driver had delivered our pizza to someone else. They told us the would credit our accountfor a pizza the next time we ordered. When we called again to redeem our credit, no one knew what we were talking about and wereultimately unwilling to make good on the promise we were given. Another time, I called in to order a pizza, thinking thatperhaps our order wouldn?t get lost that way, the woman on the phone told me that she was so understaffed that she just couldn?tdeal with my order. Today, I ordered a pizza online and was called back to say that no one would be available to deliver myorder for 3 hours. I tried to call the Broadway location which is less that 2 miles from my house and they told me that my housewas too far away and they could not deliver our pizza.
