I?m not typically a bad review kind of gal but Im usually very impressed with Dutch bros and I was really disappointed... yesterday. We got in line behind 3 other cars and ended up waiting in line for 35 minutes. When we got up to the window theydidn?t apologize or even acknowledge that we had been waiting so long stuck with another car behind us. And I always leave a tipbut something about the barista asking if we?d like to leave a tip after all of that felt off to me. And then to top it all offthe sweater weather chai I got just tasted like milky water with crunchy sugar sprinkled on top, I couldn?t drink it. I work ata different coffee drive thru place myself and so I know how difficult it can be, but this was a really disappointingexperience. Read more

My wife was very happy with the service and the product, considering the Dutch freeze machine was on the Fritz and that was the... drink she wanted. the people there bent over backwards to make something that was comparable and she didn't like the taste andso we were completely refunded. She settled for an iced americano, which was free. Excellent service. Read more

We needed a pitstop while moving apartments and they had all of the drinks and caffeine we could ask for! The one downside is... that our U-Haul didn't fit under the canopy, thankfully there is abundant parking, especially if you're willing to just put yourhazards on and wing it. The rebels are one of our favorites and it's nice that they can blend them into a smoothie so that weget the maximum cooling effect. The staff are definitely as bubbly and welcoming as dutch is known for and we love supportingone of the few non-seattle-mermaid-based coffee shops in the area. Read more

AWESOME!! My first time at Dutch Bros and I had to come back the next day for more. Delicious drinks at an incredible price... (only $2.50 for a very good sized medium tea!) Edit: One year later and this place is still just as good!! I absolutely lovecoming here. The staff is so nice and great at making drinks!! Read more

Absolutely love the staff. Most of them know me well enough to remember my order even. Always super fast and super friendly.

I wouldn't say dutch bros is necessarily for me but their service is amazing and the employees actually looked like they like... their job. Not really a coffee place, more like a sweet drink shop. The shop set up is cute and gives an authentic feel. Will gothere again every once in a while. Read more

Not from the west coast, had never been to a Dutch Bros before. The girl working, Sierra, was super chipper and outgoing, and... genuinely enthusiastic about this fact, asked me what kind of flavors I like, then whipped me up something based on that and hadme try it before pulling away with the reassurance that if I didn't love it she'd make something else until I wassatisfied. This is exactly what customer service should be, and whatever they made me was delicious. Sierra is worth a raiseand a training position, because that was the best coffee shop experience I've had in a while. If I lived in Eugene, I'd neverstep foot in a Starbucks - which it seems may happen for everyone, since while Dutch Bros employees were truly enjoying theirjob, being awesome to customers, and making everyone's day more pleasant, every Starbucks in Eugene was closed because all theemployees went on strike. Ironic that those employees are pushing everyone toward better coffee experiences, which will end upbeing the death knell of their jobs. Oh well. Read more

I have had coffee from every name brand and local podunk coffee shop from Oregon to North Carolina, Florida to Wisconsin and... NOTHING beats Dutch Brothers! When moved to TN 20+ years ago, I hoped and prayed for a local Dutch Bros, but that neverhappened. Since we have been traveling the past 2 years, we have had Dutch Bros in Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, Tennessee andNevada. So happy they are going Nationwide. I have been drinking Dutch Bros since the first one opened in Grants Pass and don'tintend to stop. Never had a bad experience in any one of their locations. Thanks so much!! Read more
