I've gone there for ice cream twice in the past few weeks and both times they seem to have made my order immediately, even... though there were several cars ahead of me in the drive through line. By the time I got up to the window, my $5 ice cream wasliterally a cup of liquid already. It's not so tasty when it's melted. Stop making the ice cream orders five cars ahead oftime. They don't taste good after they've been sitting for 15 minutes. Read more

Are the glory days of DQ over? It used to be a rule that you did not hand out a dripping ice cream cone. I guess that changed... by the look on the girls face when I asked her to remake it. I ordered a medium vanilla dipped cone. I was the only one in thedrive through. I pulled up to the window and I saw her holding the ice cream cone and I thought "Surely that cannot be for me"it was dripping from like five places and was about to hit cone. I asked her if she could remake it and she questioned me. Isaid it is dripping, she turned around with her back to me and in a snarky tone said to another girl. "She wants it remade.. itis dripping".. That girl grabbed the cone and came to the window, held out the DRIPPING cone and said "You want to have thisremade in a tone like she was talking to a school child, that was in trouble. (I think she thought I would go okay, no you areright, I am asking too much, please give me the cone that is now dripping on your hand) Finally someone came to the window witha new cone.. This will be the last time I go to this Dairy Queen--there is another other choices in the area. Read more

Somewhat disappointed in the butterfinger blizzard. There wasn't the usual amount of butterfinger pieces in it. I'm thinking it... was a new person and just a mistake. Update: Blizzard was good and back to normal. Lobby was closed tonight at 6pm. Long drivethru line. Took us a half hour in line for our two blizzards. Read more

Just tried to stop by to grab a late dinner for myself. Ordered a crispy chicken sandwich combo and a small cone. The menu board... said the combo was 9.89 which would make my order around $11 but as I pulled they were trying to charge me almost $15. Iconfirmed what I order and asked how they got that amount. They said they don?t have the chicken sandwich combo anymore and hadring things up separately. I asked if they would honor the price that is posted on the menu, I was than greeted with an eye rolland attitude from the manager on duty who said she wouldn?t honor the price. I live down the street and DQ is a favorite stopfor quick meals and treats with the family. But this is only the latest in a few disappointing visits in the past year, unfortunately will be having to take it off our go to list. Read more

Pretty upset, We are a large family with a large order. The person who took our order was rude & impatient. We felt like he was... rushing us through our order asking is this all anything else. After literally every item we ordered. The burgers where dry thefries where cold. I ordered a large sunday and got this What a sham. Read more

Even with a 20 car wait that completely looped around the parking lot, the wait was less than 10 minutes. That?s 30 seconds a... car! Those kids work hard and they are always friendly and kind. My wife and I always get blizzards and dipped cones so I cannotspeak for the food, but the treats are always loaded with goodies and consistently amazing. Seriously, for a late night treatrun what more could you ask for? Read more
