Ordered catering and WHAT A MISTAKE. We ordered catering for 25 people They delivered fillings but no tortillas or shells.... Called and said they would bring them out in 15 minutes. An HOUR AND 15 MINUTES later, they brought them. By that time thefood was cold, and many people had pieced together dinner without. Tried to call back after 30 minutes but they had put theirphone on cover. Contacted corporate and got zero response. We wil not use them again. Read more

Chipotle once again messed up my order, and can't seem to fill a bowl I paid 15 dollars for. Thanks for sucking.
Good quality, but on delivery has both: forgotten my chips and proceeded to not refund me automatically after being reviewed... directly through the Chipotle app, has given me half of a regular sized serving on a burrito bowl order. Good day. Read more
I?ve only been to this location once and won?t repeat that. While the online ordering and quick pickup were great, the food was... not. The chips were stale, the rice was undercooked, the meat was over cooked and rubbery, and the burritos were maybe the sizeof a hotdog bun, if that. Read more
i?m really surprised chipotle keeps this place open. Maybe during the day you won?t have much problem, but anytime Thursday... through Sunday, you will be waiting for at least an hour with their online ordering service. If you order on a food deliveryapp, they will likely steal your food or say ?there?s something wrong with your order? and then steal your food. I highlyencourage everyone to skip this chipotle and go to Mucho gusto or some other local Spanish cuisine. Read more
I don't eat any many places but Chipotle is the best! Vegan options and a very friendly helpful staff! Thank you for everything... you do every day, it's appreciated! My favorite restaurant is Chipotle Mexican Grill on the UO campus. The staff there arefriendly and I always get my order fast. ?A burrito with pinto beans and brown rice please? Simple, and cheap ($2.20). Yup.And it?s delicious. So many yummy spices, one time I bit into a bay leaf LOL! I eat there everyday, ordering a burrito at11:57am before work starts at noon. Speedy. Firstly, I?d like to stress that this is a MANAGEMENT issue and NOT an employee issue. Speaking from experience as a food... service worker/manager. Extremely sub par customer service. Boy at the counter lifelessly greeted me while staring into thedistance. He also threw my food down onto the counter towards me when he was done. Food is lukewarm and the meat is consistentlygrisly. Counters were dirty and food safety seemed generally dubious. Whoever is managing this location should consider trainingtheir employees on customer service, presentation, and cleanliness. I?ve had better customer service experiences here in thepast, maybe this kid is just a problem employee. Read more
