Due to family allergies Chipotle is our "on the road" go to stop for tasty and GF safe food. This location was great. Friendly... staff who jumped right on board to accommodate our needs. Food always tastes great! Only down was the serving area was a littlemessy from all their orders and the Coke Zero beverage was not working. The decor is always stark and metalic and not verycomfortable, but that's their usual shtick. Always happy to find one as we travel!! Read more
Rarely open! And when they are they rarely ever have all the ingredients, a friend of mine went when they were out of chicken,... somehow they magically got chicken and when she opened her bowl it was literally raw, completely pink inside. What is going onhere? This use to be a great chipotle and it?s been horrible the last few years. At this point they?re better off just closingdown, not like they?re open most days anyway. Read more
Their hours posted online are not always accurate I have shown up multiple times to the store being closed. Update your google... hours you?re a big company? Also they seem to run out of stuff like rice and chips pretty often. Its always a gamble drivingacross town to go here. Read more
Convenient location. Always out of random drinks and ingredients, others can taste weird. Sometimes ?open? but does not accept... any orders (phone, online, or dine in). Annoying phone robot will say they are open even when they aren?t. Some staff will goabove and beyond to minimize wait times, others can be rude and move in slow motion. Usually understaffed or closed on Fridaysdespite what posted hours say. Read more
Always something wrong here. Lobby closed half the time for random periods of time. They waited til i got there to tell me they... were out of what i ordered, so i picked something else and waited outside for it. They gave me a bag with my burrito but nochips, and upon coming back to ask about my chips, they informed me they were out of chips. No offer for a substitute or refund,just "we're out of chips." and then immediately moved on to the next customer. I guess they were hoping i just wouldnt notice?Had a great time getting a 2$ refund through the app (something they bank on you being too lazy to do it seems) If you can findanother burrito place or chipotle, go there, this one has been in disarray for 3 years, always out of something too, this timeit was cheese, polo asada, and chips! The past 3 or 4 times we?ve ordered Chipotle they?ve messed up the order? big time. Either through their website or through a... third party app. They screw up kids meals and basic meals they never can get it quite together. Although it?s always deliciousfood. First time back in a long time. Only one person working the line who was very friendly. Employees chatting and not very... interested in hurrying. My other pet peeve, Chipotle puts a handful of chips in a giant bag. Make sure you get one for eachpatron. Food was fresh and tasty. Will try again! Read more
Come here every now and then. The past weeks at this store has definitely improved the staff is friendly (shout out the the guy... who wrapped my massive burrito), fast service, the food is fresh but they are always out of something (don?t come here if you?relooking for onions and peppers!). I?m just sad they are raising prices (reason for a 3 star) and prefer this location overgateway. Read more
