Come on, it's Carl's Junior, the best burgers and fried zucchini that fast food has to offer. I don't speak for others, but I... moved to the country to raise my daughter outside of the big cities that blazed this crazy Frogman's trail in life fourteenyears ago, and we hit Carl's and In 'n' Out whenever we have to pass through what y'all call civilization. Just picked up a burger, fried zucchini, and a drink and asked for extra ranch. The man we ordered with said that's fine. When... we got to the window, the ranch was covered by the food and we asked for some. A shrill lady could be heard in the background ina whiney little tone that she'd given us one. We asked for more and he repeated that they'd given us one. We asked if we couldbuy more and he repeated that he'd given us one. RUDE! I come here often for my lunch break. The service is never good? the employees on the drive have no customer service skills or... they choose not to use them. They are pushy and think they are funny when they are being rude. The simplest requests send themover the edge it seems. One women in particular has given me the worst service I?ve ever had in a drive time after time. I usedto work fast food and drive and how she is acting is just terrible. Read more
Despite being extremely busy and fries being burning hot, this burger is ice cold. Looks absolutely disgusting and if I wasn?t... afraid of them spitting in my food, I?d go and complain in person. Wow. Fast, fresh, very well made food. The pride was evident. Head and shoulders above typical fast food. Ask for onion, you get... choice of white or red, not reconstituted fake "flaked food product, onion flavor", it's the real thing. Great service as well,courteous and just the right amount of helpful. Everything was spotless too, I might add. We will be back for chicken andwaffles sandwiches soon! Read more
