The location is all this place has going. Everything on the menu sounds good in theory. I feel extremely similar about Gordon... Tavern, but at least their drinks are good. The food and drinks are overpriced. The drinks are inconsistent- the same drink willtaste different every time it?s ordered. Often too sweet or too strong. The food is inedible. I absolutely love going out to eatand almost always finish a meal, but I couldn?t wait to leave. The servers do their best, can?t blame them for Sysco qualityfood and a poor business model. Great space at the top of the New Gordon Hotel. From the 7th floor, Carlitas offers nice views, ambiance and an upscale setting... a what's traditionally a casual town. Brett made sure we had ideal seating and Tiffany made awesome menu suggestions to ensureour visit was an enjoyable one! Read more

Came here with friends on Saturday 7/9 we were in a party of 8. The restaurant location is great and it is a beautiful place. I... am giving 2 stars for the drinks only. We checked on the website before coming so we were prepared for price and to have ourorders ready when we left. We had found out that the prices online are wrong they have increased. $6 happy hour drinks are now$8 and tacos went from $4 to $4.95. The drinks are very good but the food is very bland unfortunately! If you are coming hereget drinks only and sit outside or in the little room to the side of the patio as the restaurant is very noisy. Read more

They deserve more stars. The food and drinks were all top notch. They were gluten free and vegan friendly. They even made... adjustments where needed to support my allergies. Our server, Tiffany, really made the experience too. She had quick, greatsuggestions upon hearing it was our first time there. Came here for our friend's birthday! Had a while event of about 24 people and had such a great time! The atmosphere is awesome... and I have to give all the extra praise to our server Sammy. She was able to be on us and deliver great service with a greatpersonality. This can definitely be added to the list of favorites. The reviews of this place after opening weren?t favorable. I assume it was because they were trying to work things out after... recently opening . We went with our adult kids to happy hour on a Friday evening. It was really amazing! They sat us at one ofthe couch areas. Ordered margaritas and other drinks and got three (free with drinks) orders of chips and salsa throughout ourdinner. The tropical one was the best! The tacos ???? were also really great. They are gourmet kind of like Tacovore here inEugene. Staff was friendly and service was prompt. We went at 4:30 and on a weekend I would recommend that!
