The gal at the window (who is there most times I get drive thru) is kind and courteous. Other than that this Burger King... location is constantly out of items, short on staff, or dealing with broken equipment. There are always paper / printed signs onthe front door, taped to cones, cones blocking the entrance to the drive thru, signs taped to the ordering speaker or screen.According to the employees I asked they said staff call-outs are common, equipment failures and supply shortages are incrediblycommon (thus the signs). It's a shame that the franchise owner cares so little about his employees and the customers they serve.The food quality has gone down hill. I do not think I will be visiting this location any longer. Lobby was closed due to staffing issues. Waited in drive thru for about 20 min to get my food. Got home( literally live 2 min... away? My whopper jrs were cold my fries were cold. Called to complain and the girl who answered said she would remake it. Allshe did was warm up the buns in the microwave and slap them together and refried old fries....I will not be going back!! The restraint stunk we've been here many times I'm not surprised theirs a worker banging on stuff I haven't gotten my order... after 10 minutes! And the ????'s are cold honestly they could have done better my burger is waiting and they don't care when mygrandson was waiting for 10 minutes for the food till I had to go in and ask where is the food? I appreciated the food but not the passive aggressive sign put up while my family and I were trying to enjoy our meal, it said... something like "Sorry, the dining room is closed" and pointed it tword us at the table instead of outside???? also, our orderwas dine in, they gave us bags to go.. oh and my husband asked for no pickles and still they put them on. Last time there, tried to order the new Ch-King and they were out. Went today and found they had finally built up on supply.... Ch-King deluxe for me and the wife had Wopper w/cheese and bacon. I was impressed with my sandwich as it almost looked liketheir ads. Large chrispy white meat with great flavor. Will definitely have again!!! Read more
Went through the drive thru to get a quick lunch. When we got our food home every burger was overcooked. I will say the manager... I spoke with was quick to reimburse us. Read more
