Rude staff and sloppy decorations on the custom ice cream cake. I?d go somewhere else

I?m sure the ice cream is good. Unfortunately, I was able to find out because of the horrible customer service. Me and another... group of customers stood around waiting for the server to simply acknowledge our existence, which he never did. In my opinion Baskin Robbins has the best ice cream around. It's a shame this is the last store in the area. Today we got there... around 7 pm and they were very busy. To give credit the servers were busting their butts getting orders filled and the maleserver made a point of apologizing for the delay. I was no upset at all with the people working there or the servings wegot. The reason I only gave 4-stars was because they no longer have seating inside the store (it's been a long time since wewere there last). This is very poor as trying to get ice cream home to eat it when it's 90-degrees outside is a challenge.Besides, "going out" for ice cream kind of connotes you'll be eating there. Waiting a half hour to be served, not even acknowledged. Slow service, didn't even acknowledge us while taking an online order.... Very slow, only reason we stuck around is because it's the only Baskin Robbins. Hire younger or more professional. Then in themiddle of our order he stopped to take pills. Not happy at all Read more

I forgot how nice Baskin Robbins is. This location is very clean and the kids working here seem sweet and professional. No... tweaked out tattoed employees here(no offense pitbull loving Springfield workers). They only problem I had was waiting for twolittle dorks to order their food(see attached pic). Read more
