The food is normally good, but yesterday someone came in with a dog which was stroked and petted by several employees, none of... which washed their hands afterwards. It's bad enough having an animal in the restaurant, but preparing my food with dog hands?Give me a break. Read more

Stopped in for lunch on 7/12/22. Great restaurant! Very clean. Food was great. As I was eating, I could hear the team members... communicating effectively and cheering each other on. Seems like a good environment to work in. Sheyanne (sp?) the manager wasvery nice and helpful when taking my order. As I finished my food, Mykal (I think that's how you spell it) was nice enough totake my garbage and throw it away for me. Great job guys! Read more
The staff was amazing! The Crispy Fish sandwich could have been better. The fish used is amazing, bun was nothing special, the... tartar sauce was too sweet, and not enough lettuce. I ordered a medium fry no salt,. I got salted fries. I also ordered achocolate shake, it was a very good shake. My overall experience was very good. Read more
I ordered 2 beef and chedder sandwiches for 6 dollar's. I then proceeded to ask to hold the cheese sauce and the red ranch sauce... and to please put both sauces on the side. With which I was then asked you want them on the side, but with attitude. So Iproceeded home and to my surprise and dismay as if to spite me no cheese sauce and no red ranch. Also to top it off my large frywasn?t full and looked like a medium. I didn?t even take any off the top on the way home. They were for my boy that was all hewanted some curly fries. So I call the store where Lucas informed me he?d replace one sandwich and the fries. I guess this clownis the general manager. When I pushed for the whole order he wouldn?t replace it then decided he would change his mind andreplace none of it at all. His words loosely put we just made a mistake. Which I take it as to take a hike. Overall Arby?s isone of my favorite restaurants and this experience has led me to have to rethink spending my money with an establishment thatdoesn?t care that orders are not filled properly and willing to treat customers with disrespect. I have gone to this Arby?s onmany occasions and have never been so insulted and do not plan on going back unless the corporate office does something tocorrect his behavior. Lucas is the general manager and is the one if you call will probably treat others like dirt as well. Idon?t care how close to closing they were. I have always thought Louisa was a nice person and very friendly and pleasant to have a conversation with. Until I walked in the... restaurant and greeted her like usual. I had informed her that I had a heart attack in May of this year. She caught me off guardby saying to me in front of everyone. Oh from eating to much unhealthy foods at Arby's.
