Food is consistently good. But this location has the WORST service of any Zaxby?s I have ever been to. Forget placing an online... order. Had to wait forever at the drive thru on a 20 piece family meal and fried pickles. Got back to the hotel room and was... disappointed to find out that we got zero Zaxs sauce and no sauce for the pickles. No Zax sauce ruins any trip to Zaxby's in myopinion. Read more

Used the drive through orderd two four piece chicken finger plate grilled with half and half tea. We received fried chicken... finger plate the Cole slaw was warm and dry. Read more

We made an online order and then waited in the restaurant. It said our order would be done in 10 minutes. We sat for 20 minutes... waiting I asked about my order they said they were working on it but they never asked for a name then after 30 minutes talkingto the employees again they said, " Oh, somebody must have taken your food," but no one ever called our name. Look at thepicture I have attached. See the way they have the food just set on the rack with no means of control that anybody can come upto take it. So if you order food, expect, sometimes not to get it or to wait triple the time that you were supposed to bepicking it up. Then, to top it off after getting our food, it ended up with the order being messed up after they made it again.The chicken fingers were plain when our order clearly stated a sauce to be tossed in, and then my 8-piece turned into a 6-piece.It was busy when I placed the order, but not as I was waiting for it. Though it doesn't make up for the headache of some Joesmole stealing our order while they were grabbing their order or even worse, somebody knowing that they can come in at any timeand grab an order for a free meal.
