Went in around 830am. Sat in drive-through for a few minutes, nothing. Sat at window a few minutes, nothing. Went inside, waited... a couple minutes. 2 employees I know saw me and I saw a 3rd cleaning in the back. Never was spoken to nor asked to wait, wasn'ttold they were closed, nothing. I would have gladly waited or skipped if they acknowledged me/told me they weren't able toserve. Worst customer service i've seen in a long time. Read more
Employees were great! Super busy, but were very helpful. Young lady kept a smile on her face the whole time! Seemed... understaffed, but the employees were working hard and never heard a complaint! Food was great as always. Read more
From the very first day this place open till right now I have never ever gotten what I ordered it's like going to a blind raffle... or something you don't know what you're going to get it's always a surprise can I get three tacos? sure here's one chalupa andit's not even wrapped up it's just laying in the bag and nope we didn't put the sauce that you asked for in the bag and pullaround to the side and wait if you order from here your next step is to pull up to the window and pay and then you areinstructed to go around to the front of the building and wait now you may wait there 5 minutes or you might wait there15 minutes and when they bring it to you it's not going to be what you ordered and there's not going to be any..sauce in the baggood luck no intelligent people have ever worked here Read more
Stopped by for breakfast this morning and it was DELICIOUS!! The Breakfast Grande steak burrito is incredible and the little... warm cinnamon balls with the gooey filling were the perfect treat to end this meal. I will definitely be back! Glad they broughtbreakfast back! Read more
The staff are great however the food is always old. There?s only been once where my food was fresh. The Fiesta potatoes are... usually old and the tacos always have a hole in the bottom where the meat just falls out. Is it too hard to make the food freshfor the customers? That?s all we ask! If i could put 0 stars I would. I ordered a plain bean burrito. I specially said no onions, cheese, or red sauce. After waiting... for an excessive amount of time for it, they gave me a burrito with all the toppings included. I politely told them I ordered itplain. They took it back brought me a cold bean burrito. It was clearly not fresh or even prepared recently. Avoid this place! Read more
