Went in around 830am. Sat in drive-through for a few minutes, nothing. Sat at window a few minutes, nothing. Went inside, waited... a couple minutes. 2 employees I know saw me and I saw a 3rd cleaning in the back. Never was spoken to nor asked to wait, wasn'ttold they were closed, nothing. I would have gladly waited or skipped if they acknowledged me/told me they weren't able toserve. Worst customer service i've seen in a long time. Read more

If i could put 0 stars I would. I ordered a plain bean burrito. I specially said no onions, cheese, or red sauce. After waiting... for an excessive amount of time for it, they gave me a burrito with all the toppings included. I politely told them I ordered itplain.
