This location stinks. Drive through is always 30-40+ minute wait. The workers ask you what your order is instead of reading it... off the prompt. You?re better off going somewhere else. Hopefully, they fix the staffing issue. Read more
I can not recommend this place to anyone as a customer or a dasher. I have received orders with items missing and my last visit... I was insulted 20 minutes ago by the woman in the drive-thru while trying to point out I received the wrong Door Dash orders. Goanywhere but here for great service. Read more
This used to be my family?s favorite Wendy?s, courteous, fast & efficient service, piping hot food, just awesome. Now, I wait... nearly an hour (fast food?), for rude & abrupt service, from young ladies with super long overly adorned fingernails, who appearto know or care anything about customer service. After I'd ordered waited so long my food was cold. But it was probably because the person making the sandwiches was told to go... home because of her attitude. There was another employee on the customer side of counter cussing and asking for fries. All inall a VERY bad experience. I won't be back at this location. ???? Read more
Worst experience ever. Slow because workers busy talking to each other about dumb stuff. Store is a mess. Gave me wrong burger.... All soda machines selections empty. Don't eat here unless you have all day to be dissatisfied. Read more
Friday 9/23 930pm. Uber eats order. Waited in line for 30+ minutes. Literally 5-7 minutes per car in front of me. Greeted at the... pay window by three employees who must not have anything better to do . Drove to the food delivery window where they attemptedto hand me an order that wasn't mine. I asked what was in the bag, and they responded 'it's not for you', like i was going toeat it myself. I attempted to confirm the name on the order and the guy took the bag back and said 'yeah, we don't have that. Weprobably gave it away earlier'.(even though the same guy confirmed the order on the drive through speaker) He then closed thewindow proceeded to go about his businesses. The best meal I find at Wendy's is their Summer Strawberry Salad!! I've had all their sandwiches, and the burgers remind me of... the old White Castle Burgers minus the holes... flat, plain, and square, no matter what you put on it. This has to be the worst Wendy?s EVER! I pulled in to the drive thru at 7:05PM there were literally 4 cars ahead of me!! I... didn?t get to place my order until 7:38PM .. ohhh it gets better!
