Extremely terrible service. Despite the 1 star reviews, we still gave them a chance... but we shouldn't have!! I do not... recommend this place to anyone and will definitely not be returning. Although my friends and i were the only people in therestaurant we were greeted with super slow and hostile service from Valeria. To name a few, she had messed up numerous orders,showed a lot of attitude when my friend asked to alter an order , and refused to honour the wild wing Tuesday special (1/2 offwings) which is offered at all wild wings as stated on the website. Her reason was that because they are located by the arena,they don't have to. This is false... When asking her who the manager was she became very confrontational and said she will nottell us. We told her nicely that we just wanted to know who the manager was so we can talk about the service/promotions. Shesaid in a very rude tone she will not provide names because that is "personal". She came inches away from my friends face to saythis and became aggressive, he got scared and had to move back. When bringing food to our table, she just tossed it down in avery ill mannered way. I personally have not experienced this kind of service ever!! My friends and I excused the horrendousbehaviour because we understood it was near the end of the night but whoever owns this place really needs to hire kinder andmore competent staff. Read more
Went there on a Tuesday asked for their 1/2 price wings, the Server Valeria pretended to talk to a manager and said her manager... said no. She then claimed to be the manager/supervisor. I asked for her name and the person she spoke with she came right besideme 1? apart ready to fight! she said ?That?s too personal? I?m not going to tell you her name!! We were 7 people and none of usgot the right order. One got less fries the other had raw chicken one was missing chicken on the poutine. Just had the worst dining experience ever. My group of 6 friends and I went there for Tuesday half price wings. This deal is... across the GTA and is on their website. It?s a company policy. However, they completely denied it and told us they cannot honourthat for us. We asked to speak to a manager, and the supervisor Valeria was very aggressive with us and was trying to argue withus. On top of that, she got several orders of ours wrong. In the end, we left the restaurant on a positive note because theserver Anna was kind. She tried to fix the errors Valeria made. Nonetheless, we will never be returning to this locationbecause of the hostility my friends and I experienced. A tip to the owner: if you don?t want to get out of business, you shouldfocus on hiring qualified leaders who can deal with customers in a calm manner. Read more
The team assembled here at Buffalo Wild Wing is absolutely impeccable. Tom the manager really improved my wild wing experience... by being such a personable, funny guy. My waitress Steph provided some of the greatest service I have ever received. if you'relooking for the freshest wings in Etobicoke, this is definitely the place to go! Read more
