Ordered 2 poutines and it was such little portion. The wings were brought home which was 5min away and it was cold!

Horrible service. 45 minutes to get drinks. When they arrived two different types of soda had no syrup. Compensated with Dipping... Dots for the kids, which were melted and refrozen into one solid piece. That?s absolutely disgusting and a food-borne hazard.Owner/manager took off knowing there was going to be a problem and left the dealing of the inevitable complaints to hisstaff. Server didn?t even deal with our complaints. Instead someone else had to take the complaint. Felt sorry for her - shedidn?t cause the problems but she she did handle it well. Terrible experience. Placed an order over the phone for pick up. It was a simple order as well? I had the person on the other... end read it back as I usually do and after a couple of mistakes that were fixed, the order was placed. I picked it up to findthe dipping sauces were not included. I asked for the sauces only to be met with a snarky reply. I return home with the food tofind they got my order completely wrong! Bone in wings when I ordered boneless and a completely different flavor. I drive allthe way back to the store to sort things out. Carolina had the audacity to tell the chef that I was the one who made the mistakein the order and blamed everything on me despite me clarifying the order over the phone multiple times prior. Eventually thechef brought out my order. The chef was a nice guy but the experience with Carolina was absolutely terrible. She is extremelyrude, filled with attitude and incompetent at her job. I used to live in Etobicoke and I came here every now and then. It had decent food, but I came here again recently. I'm not sure... what has changed, but legit they have the best wings now! The fries are so crispy and on point!!! My fav flavour is hot honey,it's too damn good! :D Read more
Came to wild wing with friends, sat outside when we order our food it went downhill from there. Nachos horrible so plain and... messy like it came from some other table. Food not fresh. Waitress doesn't acknowledge and doesn't even check up on us butinstead goes outside to make sure her friends in the van are ok. We waiting for so long just to get a glass of water. We waitedso long until we finished our 2 pounds of wing, calamari and nachos before she reach over the window wall and asked us if we areok that's when we ask for water. Would be nice to be checked on once in a while instead she made sure the van in he parking lotwas check on more Instead of helping us. Management should review this Waitress. This place is a joke. I started working without formally getting hired (fine by me) but then as I was trying to find my feet and... learn the basics, they decide "not to go forward with my employment" for no reason. They needed people too. Apparently serverskept quitting on a dime with no notice. So I'm not sure what the manager thinks (if he does at all) but it was a most unpleasantand completely unnecessary experience. The only good thing were the other serving staff (not the assistant manager). If you dovisit. Be sure the tip well they deal with a lot. Read more
