Terrible packaging with no way to phone them. I ordered a frappe with a double espresso through Uber eats. When the driver got... there he said the bag was all wet and I should contact the store. When I looked inside the bag both of my drinks were on 1 sideof the tray, and the espresso lid was half opened so it spilt everywhere. It?s almost all gone. Most of the frappe is there butit?s clearly spilt. When I tried to call their number listed online it went to Rogers voicemail, normally I would blame thedriver but the packaging was so bad and the lid wasn?t even on right?.no way to contact them or get another driver sent with theright, clean order. The only thing I can do was go through the Uber Eats app but that was such a let down for a $9 order. Read more

Dear Timothy, Amanda has been one of the finest servers I've ever come across. She's funny, she's entertaining, and she knows... exactly what she's doing with that coffee machine. Best mocha I've ever had. My friend also got a breakfast sandwich, which blewus away. Even though it was just Amanda, every single customer got their orders quick. I went in to order a drink and the girl working behind the counter said she?s only been there for 1 week and doesn?t know where... anything is. When I asked where the manager was, she said ?they decided not to come in today? - all the customers were turnedaway because she didn?t know how to make anything.
