Bad service and the price is more than any other tim hortons

I waited over 20 min for 2 coffees and 2 sandwiches. They are disorganized and very slow. It took about 5 min. For them to take... the order because they couldn't understand the order and kept putting the wrong items down it wasn't a difficult order verysimple and at the end I got the wrong sandwich. I visit tim hortons store every single day. This is by far one of the worse location for the products & services. They dont have... tim hortons rewards machine, their products including coffee taste way different then other stores. There are some really nicepeople however most of them dont even smile or communicate with customers. Lack of knowledge, lack of customer service, lack ofavailability of their products and services. I had hoped that as a partner of Woodbine Entertainment there would be some standard that Tim Horton's would uphold however, the... service as well as the quality of the food is downright awful. There seems to be a lack of adequate training in customersatisfaction and a refusal to fulfill the duties expected of the employees. I ate a 12 grain bagel with herb and garlic cream cheese around 9pm, then the gas in my stomach with pain started happening by... an hour it became so painful and vomitings for next 5 hrs.
