The lady at the counter couldn't understand the order and behaved rudely. we (my friend and one of her colleagues) tried to make... her understand what we ordered, still she delivered a wrong order. When I called up the shop to let them know about it- sherudely answered "you can complaint whoever you want" and cut the call. Wow! ! Worse customer service ever. I live in the building close by so I go there a lot. The old lady with glasses rolled her eyes at... me and was not professional. I asked her not to grab the lid with her gloves that she just used to take cash from the previouscustomer. I honestly don?t know why those people get hired if they don?t have basic customer service skills. Read more

Staff was excellent! Friendly and helpful. This place is out of my way but will be returning as the order was correct, well... done and asked my if I would like to use my Time Hortons card and other cards that they accept. I walked out with half my orderand she had it waiting for me saying "I knew you would return " . She made my day. When you are young, confused, and cannot listen, a coffee chain is not a place to work by yourself. Often this location is short... staffed, get orders wrong, and the only time I have ever gotten an order correct is late at night. Please train young peoplebetter (under 20) and when it is sunny and mild outside like it is today, inform staff that they may not get a full break orhigher another body for the day. I had ordered a half vanilla and half coffee and received a cafe mocha (chocolate). I haveworked fast food, and if you or your mind is not fast, as a first job (or survival job) this is not the location for you. If themanagement will read this, schedule more staff on nice Saturday afternoons. Stop being cheap and invest in your business. Read more
I stopped going to this location over 2 years ago because of how slow the service is here. That is odd because during peak... times, like noon, there's more employees here than what I have seen in other Tim's/ESSO locations... or so it seems. Last weekmy coffee maker at home broke as I was about to make one for the drive to work. I stopped at this location, hoping to get acoffee. Well, the line up went through the ESSO and out the door. Reminding me why I stopped going here. Some of the staffare lovely, always nice and friendly, and still working here years later. But something isn't working right at this location. Read more
