I hope I get her name right - Lakisha? She?s pretty unmistakable as the only Tim Horton?s employee I?ve met in a long while that... is extra! She?s incredibly sweet and caring towards her customers it made my evening. Another regular customer commented in linethat she is the best. As much as I wanted to avoid this store, I really wanted to get a coffee on my way home but the lady (from the afternoon shift)... once again was very impolite. She was talking to another person, sees me standing on line twice and totally ignores me. Shereally needs to work on some skills. Read more
Lady at the cashier was not polite at all, seems like she was mad about something, but it?s not my fault i am having a bad day... too and i didn?t even do anything wrong, i could have spoken less politely too. They don?t train their workers properly. - They forget items ordered. - You?ll get your food 100x slower if you were to go... inside. - They don?t know how to make their new specialty drinks. - They don?t know how to use their POS system.
