Reviews for Tim Hortons in Etobicoke, ON
Everything inside is filthy and the hot chocolate tasted like cardboard with hot water. Hadn't been to a Tim Horton's in years... because I remembered how gross their food and drinks are, but this spot takes the cake. Only came here because everything elsewas closed, but that won't happen again. Read more
Lots of people working on drive through orders while there is a lineup of people out the door. The staff is laughing and... chatting - not noticing more people waiting in person than in their cars... Read more
Can someone explain why this is the only Tim Hortons where it CONSISTENTLY is so slow that the drive thru clogs up the entire... plaza and It forces you to be stuck blocking the actual road to try to get into the parking lot or drive thru lane due to ittaking 15 mins from when you get in line to when you get to order and order your food. I don?t know if this is due to nothaving enough staff or needing more equipment but please, this is ridiculous. The only franchise location that is this slow, come observe it if you don?t believe me. It happens daily. I should mention, I literally wrote this as I waited 15 minutes andI?m editing this part in on the next day in the same long line. Read more
Shoutout to all the employees working around 11am this morning. Huge rush, cars backed up into the street and every single one... of the employees was exceptionally kind and patient. They even added pumpkin spice to my iced coffee which was just *chefs kiss* Read more
Friendly and fast service. They have a small seating area inside and a small patio.
Poor customer service at this location Monday night around 8:45. Lady taking the order was very rude, then gave me my drink... which wasn?t filled up to the top. Read more
Not a fan of this location. I?ve been to many tims all across the country and this is by far the slowest one. Not only because... its in a busy intersection but mainly because the servers are extremely slow and half of them are not even working. I havewatched some stand on the side wiping spoons and washing extra containers instead of serving the busy lineups that go around theentrance. I have worked in food service myself and the rule is to always focus on the rush and then do extra cleaning of extraboxes in downtime when there is not many people. I think management needs to hire more people or retrain the staff on theimportance of serving clients efficiently before moving on to smaller tasks. Read more
They don't even call you when your order is ready. I was standing there for almost 10mins for my coffee. I finally asked another... cashier if my coffee is ready. She pointed it out, and was sitting there. People were confused. One person asked me if that wasmy coffee. Service is slooow. Bottom line...i always find myself asking if my order is ready cos most times 2 people behind megot theirs first!. Read more
