The morning team is so quick. Get my order so fast.
Worst Tims ever! Walked in once at 8 in the morning and asked for an iced coffee and they told me they don?t have ice. It was 8... in the morning, who stole the ice?? I also once asked for a grilled cheese and the put on a tortilla. Confused? Ya me too. Notto mention the fact that they don?t know how to work a register and how to let people pay with gift cards and just tell themthat they have no money. No matter how short the line is, you will wait half an hour to get your order even if they have threeworkers working, for some reason they need three people to package a croissant. They also never have any donuts just muffins andcookies. Prepare for the worst when walking into this tim?s. All this said, i will stay a loyal costumer because I am desperatefor my 8am coffee. Horrible staff, had the audacity to say you forgot to pay after forgetting to charge me. Stood there for 5 minutes with my card... out waiting to pay while she was making others orders. Complete mess of a business! Read more
Horrible service. Took me 15 minutes to get an iced coffee with 5 people in the store while 2 people were working. The lady... making the drinks was too busy showing other customers her tiktoks instead of doing her job. Majority of items were sold out.Only served coffee and hot chocolate and scones. Read more
This has to be the slowest Tim's in the country, during peak hours they will only have two staff and are constantly out of menu... items. The staff are not friendly and do not seem like they want to be there, there have been times I have gone and staff wasbickering between each other. The cleanliness of this restaurant is not always the best and I would not recommend coming here ifyou need a quick bite to eat. Read more
Staff is sometimes mean and impatient, the orders take forever even with plenty of staff. Over the summer they allowed the food... counter to be infested with wasps and did nothing about it! #starbuxislife Read more
I have 2 negative experiences with this Tim Hortons. My first experience was when I went in and asked for a whole grain bagel... with cream cheese. The cashier said that there were no 12 grain or whole grain bagels. So I decided to order an sesame bagel.After I order the bagel all I see is a bunch of whole grain bagels displayed. I talked to another employee about this and madethem exchange my order. I came in the second time this morning, and asked for an english muffin with bacon, cheese, egg andsausage. The cashier took an extremely long time, and was acting like how he didn't want to take my order. another employee thancame in saying how they only bread they have is english muffins, which I was asking for beforehand, so it doesn't make sense asto why she would say that. I Tried to explain what I wanted but they refuse to listen. At the end I told them to drop my englishmuffin order and only walked out with a hot chocolate. When someone asks to order something, you working in customer serviceshould give what the customer asks for. Don't be making excuses and go around what the order is, unless you genuinely don't havethe ingredients to serve the item. I also want to talk to the supervisor about this, because other customers also came to mesaying how they refuse to actively listen, when it came to orders with the customers. Read more
