Gosh, I alread did, a big positive review, with my picture in it. But now there's more, and that really bothers me. On mornings... and during the day, there's this "more mature" lady that attends at the inside cashier, she's impolite, rude, no communicationexchange with customers, and, to top it up, she dresses badly and looks like she was in 50 km marathon, and got there in lastplace. Not to be discriminatory but ever since this location was taken over by Indian employees, it?s gone so down hill. The staff is... lazy and speak Punjabi to each other so you can?t understand what they are saying, they take orders horribly and tell you thatyou are wrong for not speaking more clear?it?s clear there is a language barrier and seeing as this is a Canadian business inCANADA, the staff should be fluent in speaking and understanding English. Just this morning I was charged for a large iced cappwhen I asked for an iced coffee. There is a $1.20 difference and instead of offering the refund or something to compensate thecashier at the window said ?I charged you for the iced Capp, but that?s okay? knowing there is over a dollar difference. Noproblems with the people who hang out outside, it?s been that way since I was a kid. The inside of the restaurant however isdisgraceful, always bugs hovering around the donuts, stale burnt coffee and tea, lazy staff who don?t correct their mistakes anda lack of English knowledge causes orders to be wrong which in turn causes the staff to get frustrated at the customers who arespeaking very clearly to someone with barely any understanding of the language spoken here in Ontario. Also they prioritizedrive thru and once while I was in the middle of speaking my order, the cashier (a younger Indian girl) walked away to thewindow without saying anything while there were 3 staff still standing there, when a gentleman approached the counter and askedme to pay I had told him ?I haven?t even finished ordering yet, she just walked away? he goes ?oh? and asked what else Iwanted?..bottom line horrible customer service in every aspect Read more

This is the worst Tim hortons branch I have ever been to. The cashier girl had attitude issue. Served us with old coffee which... was not even hot and the potato wedges were really cold. We visited on Sunday evening. Read more

Got my food within a reasonable time. Not the best tims but not the worst at all. It's always busy but it never takes more than... 10 minutes to get my order. It's about average in terms of tims. Read more

I ordered the veggie chipotle wrap and its 9 bucks for the wrap?which doesn?t justify the quantity and size they provide?felt... like burrito boyz was a better option instead?totally disappointed. Like i just took one bite out of it and felt like throwingit out!!! Read more

DISCRIMINATORY TREATMENT! Employees themselves being Indian treat Indian customers with disrespect. The thin guy wearing specs... made the order wrong we went back to the drive through the Girl was rude to us. She blamed us for being wrong and kept ondebating with us. No other branches have ever behaved like this. This is really sad. If we were white I am sure she would havenot raised her voice like that on us or make faces. We ordered on May 17 around 7:30ish . Requesting the branch manager toplease ask the team to treat everyone equally. Read more

Shameless. Disgraceful. Supervisor at 3316 Lakeshore Rd West refused service due to laziness. Order was placed within store... hours. Order details attached. An associate confirmed materials / Ingredients were in stock to make them and was infact readyto prepare my order but the supervisor stopped him from making it. CLEAR DISCRIMINATION, HARASSMENT, BULLYING? and sheerLAZINESS. Despicable by Tim Hortons especially during the Holiday season. Nowhere does it say (either on the app or store) thecutoff for ordering was 9pm. Order was placed via the Mobile app at 9pm. In fact the mobile app states the item is availabletill 10pm. Absolute disgrace cause the supervisor chose to be aggressive with language and disrespectful with gesture. Refusedto call the Manager, refused to file a complaint, refused to give me his name and challenged me to call whoever I wanted as hesaid in his own words ?I run this place. Do whatever you want.
