Worst tim hortons in etobicoke. Ordered 10 timbits only received 8. Ordered 3 drinks with 5 packs of hockey cards their promo... says 1$ if you get a drink 3 packs should have been 1$ but no all were 2.25. They wouldnt give me a receipt and they said therewas no promo for when you buy a drink and hockey cards for 1$. They tried to cheat me out of a coffee too. I ordered 2 teas anda coffee. They gave the 2 teas and timbits and said heres your order leave, i said where is my coffee, the employees here allidiots , poorly managed trash location already submitted a complaint to head office Read more

A Girl who work today drive through window this morning 6:30 am has no customer service, she was rude, swearing, rushing... customer to get money. Customer service was zero. I have seen before her customer service was zero one time, she was rolling hereyes and murmuring in her language with other customer. Her bad behaviour ruined customer?s whole day. Are you kidding me? In the last number of months, this place went from an efficient drive through operation to a mind-numbing... waste of time. God help you if there is a lineup of cars. I at one time thought that it was because of people ordering hugeorders at the drive-through, but from what I can see it just seems like they are slow.
